We have a pleasure to organise the workshop transmitting the teachings of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, an extraordinary meditation yogi from Tibet.
Lujong comes from two Tibetan words, where ‘Lu’ means body and ‘jong’ means transformation. Originally, Tibetan lamas use those series of 20 exercises, based on vital canals and chakras on human body, to avoid the diseases.easily adaptable to daily life. The emphasis is on movement expressing one’s presence of mind. It is meditation in movement, as fast as you like!
