After several requests, Yoga Everest will now offer prenatal classes again. The class will run twice a week: Tuesdays at 12.15 and Fridays at 10.00.
About the teacher and the class:
Having benefitted from regular prenatal yoga classes herself when pregnant, Sophie aims at sharing her practice and experience with those mothers to be who look for opportunities to regain energy through some physical practice, stretching and toning as well as deep relaxation. Breathing exercises, being crucial and so beneficial for the birth process will also be part of the course. Instructions for daily self practice to loosen tense muscles and to improve sleeping will also be addressed.
