Do you look for ways to establish a solid and regular yoga practice? Are you looking for ways to put your feet (back) onto the mat? Do you want to kick-off your morning yoga routine? 

Then join me, Sophie, for Yoga Everest’s July challenge! 

After several months of break and this surreal first half of the year, I want to truly get back onto the mat and rebuild my morning practice. As we know, it takes about three weeks to establish a new routine and change your patterns. Add another week and we should be fine :). 

I would like to build a yoga morning routine together with like-minded yogis. And I would be more than glad if I we could embark on this journey together!

What do I offer? I would like to practice with you and guide you through modified ashtanga practice on three mornings during the week. Whether you are new to yoga or not, this practice is adaptable to all levels.

Classes will be held from 8.00 to 9.00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Next to practicing a modified version of ashtanga, I will introduce you to the very idea of yoga and ashtanga, the beloved bandhas, central breathing techniques and ways toward meditation.  

The participation fee for the whole month of July is 75 Euros. 

Although I would recommend to join the entire programme, I am aware that time is spare and it is vacation time, so you can join in also flexibly. Participating for one week is 30 Euros. Any additional week is 20 Euros. 

Drop in or attending morning classes on demand (so not attending the challenge as a weekly or the entire package) is of course possible. Those classes are paid via our regular payment system through mindbody (10 pass card).

Dates:

Week 1: 06.07., 08.07., 10.07.

Week 2: 13.07., 15.07., 17.07.

Week 3: 20.07., 22.07., 24.07.

Week 4: 27.07., 29.07., 31.07.

The course will take place as soon as at least 3 students sign up for the package.

For now, I plan to offer the course during July only. If there is demand to continue the morning sessions, I would be more than happy to continue on this route. 

I am very excited and look forward to our time spent on the mat!
